Wow. This year is flying by. I cannot believe that it is already April! I have been pretty busy over the last couple of weeks with Spring Break and teaching at High Schools in our city. I am sure that you have been pretty busy as well, and I am pretty sure it is just going to get even more busy. Easter is coming up, and then after that the school year is coming to an end. I just wanted to take a second in the midst of the busyness of life to leave you and your family with this passage of scripture. It is from our study of Hebrews on Wednesday nights.
Hebrews 1:10-12, Psalm 102:25-27
"In the beginning, Lord, you laid the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands. They will perish, but you remain; they will all wear out like a garment. You will roll them up like a robe; like a garment they will be changed. But you remain the same, and your years will never end."
In the midst of a life that is constantly changing, remember that Jesus is never changing. He is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. We can rest in that.
